OUR DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver wines and wine accessories to your door step. Whether you are hosting a party, a corporate function or any other event, we can offer convenient, quick deliveries to your doorstep. Our customer service staff are always available to advise you on the right kinds of wine for each occasion.
You must have someone at home with proper identification to receive the products.
If your order can be left somewhere safe or at a neighbours house, please indicate the delivery address during check out and advise us through email after placing the order stating name of person to receive your order. By doing this, you have indemnified us of any losses as a result of delivering to an alternate address.
We can deliver to your work place as well. You have to enter your work address as the delivery address when ordering.
You can also pick up the wine from our office if you so desire to do so. Ensure you select the self pick up option during check out. Please wait for us to confirm that your wine is ready to be picked up before you come over. Self pick up is advisable if you are buying less than 6 bottles of wine.
Bulk delivery is available for business customers or those hosting a party. Bulk purchases attract discounts on delivery charges. 

Weekend and express delivery is available on request for GTA area only. Extra charges apply.
If you wish to change your order, it has to be done before your order is packed and despatched. You have to Contact Us to confirm your order has not been despatched.
Please allow 7-14 days for delivery. If your order has not arrived within 14 days please Contact Us.
If what you received is not what you ordered, please notify us immediately and we will send you the correct item at no extra charge to you.
In the event of extreme weather conditions e.g. during severe winter storm or very cold temperatures, we will susp[end or delay the release of shipment in order to ensure you receive your products in good condition with the quality guaranteed. We will inform you if this situation arises.
We use FEDEX for all our weekday deliveries.  FEDEX has a good record of delivering products safely and on time. FEDEX usually charge a surcharge depending on your zone especially for remote locations. Our system is setup to advise you of the appropriate shipping fees (including the surcharge) using your postal code as a guide. Weekend deliveries are handled by our delivery team and not FEDEX.
Our products are packaged to ensure safe delivery. We use tested and approved packaging materials from Uline.
We currently deliver wines to Canada and the United States. United States customers should note that additional clearing charges/Custom duties will be charged to them directly by the shipping company. We will notify our customers through our website when we open up other international routes.
We can deliver to multiple locations.
