Our shipping & handling contracts are based on weight of the products. We ship using FedEx for orders and will delay shipments to avoid temperature extremes.
Our products are currently shipped ONLY within Canada. International shipping is being worked on.

We have taken all precautionary measures to ensure your products arrive early and safely.
We ship products daily except weekends. Depending on your location, please allow for 7-14 business days for your product to be delivered. Special weekend delivery can be arranged with extra cost. Contact us if you need your product delivered over the weekend.
Upon receipt of the product, you must inspect the contents before the courier agent leaves your premises, to confirm the contents are what you ordered and that they are in good condition. We will not replace any damaged products if you did not report such damage or wrong product to the delivery agent and also to us in writing or through the phone within 24 hrs of receipt of the product(s). Please do not contact the manufacturer/producer directly.
