An outstanding summer wine or aperitif. Excellent peach aroma and flavour with long lasting fine bubbles, very refreshing. Would do wonders for a bowl of vanilla ice cream on the patio on a hot afternoon. Suitable as an accompaniment to salads and cheese plates.
