These types of vines were selected after hundreds of blind tests for its full bodied texture and high alcoholic content.
Merlot, combined with Carignan and Grenache brings a softness which creates a new drink out of this dealcoholised wine.
It is appreciated for its gustatory qualities and generous flavours . It has its own organoleptic trace.
Dark purple colour, very fruity nose with a point of sloe. An enchanting savour with delicate flavours of vanilla spice.

Ideal for soft cheeses , with nuts, meat pies, game and dishes with sauce .

Type of vine: approximately 30% Merlot-35% Grenache-35% Carignan
