The dealcoholised Rosé wine is produced to meet the demand of those who want to enjoy Rosé without an alcoholic effect.  It was necessary to find a good gustatory and colorimetric balance.

The choice was made after multiple blind tests in the  laboratory and a  beautiful compromise  combining  the quality of Cinsault and the aromatic pallet of Syrah. Thirst-quenching, convivial, it is a superb refreshing success.

Type of vine : approximately 80% of Cinsault and 20% of Syrah.

Ideal for barbeque, fish grilled with herbs, Asian cuisine, exotic and Eastern dishes.
